DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Motions 22-346 through 22-356 match the registry. Agenda, earlier-minute approval and adjournment were procedural. Eight bylaw, contract, tax, appointment and research decisions were substantive.
- On revised zoning bylaw 941, 22-350 carried 4–1: Stevenson, Curley, Quassa and Smith for; Nattaq opposed. Sheppard chaired and did not cast a listed vote. The other motions are marked unanimous without individual positions.
- Council awarded $496,699 plus GST for arena floor repairs under 22-351 and approved a water treatment plant wall-repair change order with an upset limit of $114,734.62 plus GST under 22-352. These are approvals, not proof of final payment or completed repairs.
- Council approved property-tax exemptions as presented under 22-353 and appointed Samuel Tilley to council under 22-354. Tilley took the oath at the October 25 meeting, so he is not included in October 11 attendance or votes.
