DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- EPW 22-08 through EPW 22-10 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment were procedural. The only substantive motion, EPW 22-09, recommended proceeding toward Apex Bridge replacement Option 3, a two-lane structure with an external sidewalk. The registry says unanimous but gives no numeric tally or named votes.
- The committee discussed traffic counts, the bridge design options and future road planning. Its recommendation was not a construction award or confirmation that a replacement bridge was built. Council separately adopted the Option 3 direction on October 25 under 22-374.
