DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- PD 23-01 through PD 23-03 reconcile with the registry. Agenda and adjournment were procedural. PD 23-02 unanimously recommended a Bell Mobility tower lot and access-road survey sketch; council separately approved the sketch January 24 as 23-27. The committee recommendation did not itself create the lot.
- The committee heard a General Plan and Zoning By-law review update. Its proposed policy work included housing supply, affordability and infrastructure; the minutes describe consultation and future drafting, not adoption of a replacement plan at this meeting.
- A future Area B development memo identified water supply, water-pressure control, sewer capacity and road upgrades as infrastructure challenges. The discussion included possible trucked-service expansion and snowmobile trails. No Area B construction or servicing approval is recorded in the three committee motions.
