DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Motions 23-20 through 23-28 reconcile with the registry. Agenda, two prior-minute approvals and adjournment were procedural. Five by-law, contract, appointment and survey decisions were substantive. All nine registry entries show seven votes in favour, marked unanimous, without individually named roll calls.
- Council gave second reading to Land Administration amendment By-law 952 (23-23), after the public hearing earlier that evening, and third and final reading to Water and Sewage Replacement Reserve By-law 953 (23-24). The latter had received first and second readings January 10.
- Council approved a $23,669.60 plus GST Arnaitok Arena consulting change order for procurement, contract administration and site inspection (23-25). This was not an award of the physical improvements or proof of completion.
- Motion 23-26 appointed three council representatives or alternates to attend a May municipal conference. Motion 23-27 approved a survey sketch for a communications tower lot and access road, following the January 17 committee recommendation PD 23-02. Survey approval does not establish tower construction.
