  1. Council met from 6 to 7:19 p.m. Motions 23-129 through 23-141 reconcile with the registry. Agenda, prior minutes, closed-session transitions and adjournment were procedural. The deputy mayor chaired without an ordinary vote.
  2. Motions 23-132 through 23-134 awarded a $216,400 plus GST snowblower supply contract and approved $153,270 plus GST for Sivumugiaq Street water-main construction support and $106,020 plus GST for ATCO Loop decommissioning support. Council also appointed a Deputy City Clerk under 23-131.
  3. Motion 23-135 to award $98,520 plus GST for Aquatic Centre sauna repairs was defeated 1–5. The minutes name Nattaq for and Amarapala, Curley, Smith, Stevenson and Tilley opposed. A defeated award is not an approved contract; the chair is not among the named voters.
  4. Motion 23-136 approved a $523,938 plus GST Apex River supplemental-pumping change order to address electrical, mechanical and construction requirements. Staff hoped to start pumping by early or mid-June, but the minutes do not establish when pumping actually began or how much water was delivered.
  5. Motion 23-137 approved $78,949.16 plus GST for additional survey fieldwork connected to the landfill road and Northwest Deposit. The minutes describe a quarry-area survey, not a completed expansion.
  6. Smith left after the closed session while attending remotely. The registry records five unanimous votes on 23-140, the $145,989.12 plus GST IT maintenance award, rather than the earlier six. Her participation is not inferred for that motion.
