  1. The committee adjourned at 8:15 p.m. Its minutes and registry motions PD23-49 through PD23-55 were compared. Five substantive recommendations are separate from the agenda and adjournment motions. Recommendations are not council approvals or proof of completed development.
  2. PD23-50 recommended first reading and a public hearing for Lower Iqaluit elders-housing rezoning. The minutes contain different unit descriptions from the proponent and planning staff; a single settled unit count is not inferred from this committee record.
  3. PD23-51 recommended West 40 industrial planning readings and a hearing. PD23-52 recommended a Road to Nowhere survey sketch for Embrace Life Council. PD23-54 recommended planning readings for Tundra Ridge Parcel B as institutional land.
  4. PD23-53 recommended a Tundra Ridge two-lot survey sketch by a named 4–1 vote: Amarapala, Sheppard, Stevenson and Tilley for, Awa opposed. Chair Smith is not listed among the voters. The adjacent Parcel B recommendation, PD23-54, was recorded as unanimous, a distinct motion.
  5. During the Housing Accelerator Fund discussion, a possible 150-unit trucked-service lot concept and questions about water and housing were raised. This was discussion, not an approved unit total, serviced capacity or delivered housing. Staff follow-up on derelict houses and service costs remains to be traced in later records.
