DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Four entries RC 23-04 to RC 23-07 include one substantive recommendation. RC 23-06 recommended reviewing the Recreation Master Plan’s baseball-diamond section to ensure one field meets community needs. This is a review recommendation, not a construction award, field closure or completed redesign.
- The registry records unanimous outcomes, February 22 minute adoption and adjournment at 6:32 p.m. Murray, Fortier and Kandem appear as movers or seconders. A later City review gives attendance counts without a named roster. Public committee members are not entered as councillors or blended into Council attendance.
