DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Kunuk asked council to consider City representation on a small HTA committee concerning the Apex dock; the chair treated it as a future-agenda request.

Expressed concern for the child injured in the August 24 dog attack, described RCMP-led fact-finding and municipal coordination, and urged responsible ownership and prompt reporting. Reported July and August figures of 16 at-large complaints, 11 impounded dogs, seven returned, three adopted, one destroyed, 21 capture attempts and two investigated bite incidents. These are figures she presented at that meeting.
