2023–2027 · WRITTEN VOTING REVIEW

2026 committees: the record through September

All 12 indexed committee meetings and the newly located April 30 Board of Revision checked against original written sources. Future meetings contribute no outcomes.

Individual committee totals remain under review.

Collective outcomes are not complete member voting records. The chair votes only to decide a tie. Chairing non-tied motions adds no member ballot. Named positions remain available; aggregate member charts are withheld until the gaps are reconciled.

October 6 meeting sources checked October 12: the official meeting entry now links its agenda and a temporary English audio recording hosted on Dropbox. The official document listing now links the motion registry, but no minutes. Audio-based news coverage is available in City Hall Updates; individual vote attribution remains subject to source checks.

12 committees and one board record.

Current-term index800

Selected voting entries, with evidence labels.

90 numbered entries reconciled.

51 substantive voted entries, including the already indexed GP 26-44, and 39 procedural entries. No withdrawn or unvoted proposal was found in these registries. Collective outcomes have empty individual positions and add nothing to member totals. A recommendation is separate from Council approval and delivery.

The January 22 Public Safety minutes are official unsigned records with chair and Administration accuracy confirmation, not formal approval. The City Clerk confirmed on October 6 that April 30 Board of Revision minutes were created at the meeting and remain in draft until the Board’s next sitting in 2027. The Board is separate from Council and meets annually. September 15 Governance minutes will be presented for approval at the October 27 Council meeting; approval has not yet been confirmed. Current agendas and registries remain the published sources. Previous-year minutes embedded in a board agenda are not used as current attendance or ballot evidence.

Meeting and original sources

BoR 26-01 appointed Romeyn Stevenson Board chair for 2026, an annual board role separate from his Council seat. These committee registries contain no new mayor or councillor seat appointment or resignation. Tilley receives no participation on the March and April named ballots after his March 10 resignation. Matshazi receives none on these five earlier ballots.

Awa left the February 17 meeting at 6:54 p.m., before PD 26-11. His omission from that ballot list is matched to the documented departure and labelled absent for that item. Actual chairs and conflict departures are kept with the affected records below.

The newly reviewed Q3 attendance report adds five meetings and 45 explicit statuses, including Matshazi’s July 28 oath footnote. The three July and August approved-minute rosters agree with the report; September attendance is now reported without inferring individual votes. Explore attendance through September.
